New residents are attracted to the proximity to Center City without the hefty price tag. A quick ride on the Broad Street Line and you can be most anywhere you need to be.
A natural development has occurred in the form of a ripple effect from Center City outward to surrounding neighborhoods, including Francisville. As young professionals are priced out of central areas, those like Francisville provide the perfect mix of convenience and affordability.
Although rowhomes certainly exist, many have been drawn to newly constructed small-scale condos projects with 10-year tax abatements.
